Well, AI is upon us. Or, it has been for some time.

This is a problem for me. I want to get good at it. I want to learn agentic workflows, embed agents in our production app, find out what the MCP protocol is, yadda yadda yadda. All I know are buzzwords now. I know how to use Claude, I've 100x'd my development, and it's been awesome. But I want to go deeper.

Problem is, sometimes I struggle with consistency and discipline. From my desire to blog once through the year, to my resolution to get some cloud certifications, it's clear I am weak in this area at times.

But, wait. I do some things consistently - I take care of my family, spend time in Scripture meditation and prayer, and serve at my church. So, you could say I'm doing all the most important things consistently. I also try to read a lot, mostly in the areas of theology and fiction.

How do I fit more things in when time is a zero-sum game? I don't know.. but there's probably a book about this. I should find one and read about it.
